Just had a look at the source, those appear to be coded into the page layout.

Are you sure that you've made the changes that you need to properly?

I'm taking it that you've uploaded a new version of the index page that has the new dates on it? Or, if the dates are being updated dynamically by some other element then are you sure that you've set this up correctly?
