On dial-up account I have changed my primary username, but the webspace and ftp name doesn't follow the change. (I've kept password same to avoid confusion). Email changes OK as do 'member services'.
Is this 'feature' just a revenue earner for the technical support line (Internet search suggests common problem) , or is their a user way to correct the problem as the webspace doesn't follow as claimed on
