When I went on the site I couldnt find my new dvd writer all it said was discontinued so I want my money back, But no joy with email sent 3 over a week and guess wot NO TELEPHONE NUMBER so if anybody knows on how to get my money back or order a different one or knows a phone number I will rep them silly.....

Kind regards

If you want your money back the easy way, contact your bank. Amazon decided not to deliver some items to me recently, when I told my bank there was no telephone number listed on their site (which there isn't) they did some investigating, refunded the amount then went off to claim it back from Amazon.
