have been to Customer service already and they give me the usual unplug and reboot yadda yadda yadda, weve had the Signal stregth tested and all was said to be Fine and A-ok..

but still the STB freezes radomly usually everyday and requires rebooting, even more annoying when this happens while recording a program, We have a samsung box upstairs that has workled Flawlessy with Broadband and TV but ntl techs seem unwilling to give us anything other than a Bloody old Pace 4000 which keeps crashing on us.

what can we do?

my dad is the bill payer and his job already stressful enough comes home and the NTL box is on the blinck etc, makes for 1 very unhappy pappy

any help MUCH apprieciated.
