Ah - so the router is not getting a connection from NTL - this may be a case of needing to clone the MAC address...
This is under the "advanced Setup" menu. - you should do this when connected from your main PC (the one that was connected to the CM) and it will clone the MAC of that system.
you should then be able to re-set the router, and check the same options - this time there whould be a WAN IP address and the WAN should be connected.
