They risk a fine of (I think) ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£2000 for each offence.

In the past I have submitted a complaint to the FPS but nothing ever came of it. I suggest you contact Trading Standards instead.
