Hello everyone,
I have just placed an order for NTL family package. The lady over the phone said that I would also have to get thier phone line as well. When I enquired about the price for thier phone line, the lady assured me that it was completely free, I would only pay for the calls I make. However, when went to thier website, it stated that the phone line rental would be ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£9.50 per month. I then decided to call them back, seeking assurance that the phone line would be free. The gentleman assured me that it was. My question is, are they lying to me?
