Try looking at it the other way around, why are NTL not offering as much as other companies. In my experience its because of poor management and people why work at NTL (especially call centre/billing staff) not doing their job right.
And before I get flamed, yes I know there are many people at NTL that do an excellent job, so put that flame thrower down Debs
