I-web should of send an e-mail to you ref were to point your domain to.
Once you have done that it could take upto 7 days for your domain to propergate around all the dns servers.
I say 7 days as it depends on the domain name.
I have done one on a .com and it took a couple of hours
Mainly due to the fact its a TLD name (Top Level Domain)
I am sure others can put you right here also (probaly put me right also
