Can I purchase extra bandwidth as time goes by? Yes
Do I have to have my home address visible on the registration page when people do a WhoIs lookup or can I make that invisible? If your WHOIS data is out of date or incorrect, your domain can be taken off you, but it's worth checking what you HAVE to put in there http://www.cs.ucl.ac.uk/staff/jon/book/node30.html
Can I assume that all of the hosting packages will allow me to use scripts and PHP or will that be extra? I-Web includes those as standard
Is there anything else that I should be considering? Not that I can think of
Any thoughts on what would be the best of the CF packages for me? I'm guessing that the lowest one would be ok given my usage but have I missed something obvious? You should be fine with the lowest package if you don't plan on there being a large expansion in the future.. you can always change your package later on, so don't worry about that
