Yeah, I do have to admit that Rooney was the first person that I'd
ever seen do that on the pitch, so he should have been hung, drawn and quatered.
Just because you don't like him, doesn't mean that he should not get a worse punishment than any other player who does the same and other players have done it before.
Before you say anything, I do believe that he should have got punished for it and got what the rules state as the correct punishment.
