That's because Spybot actually removed the program forcefully and because it was in your startup, Windows cannot find the file.
Look in the following locations for this and remove it:
  • 1) Start > Run > type "msconfig" > hit Enter.
    Look in the Services and Startup tabs.
  • 2) Start > Run > type "regedit" > hit Enter.
    Find the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run and look for any references to the file.
    Also look in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run.
  • 3) Check Start > All Programs > Startup (assuming WinXP).
