Yep! Been there, seen it, done it etc. Personally I have not had too many problems phoning CS and I have always found them helpful. About once each year or 18 months either junior (he is 18!) manages to sus out the PIN code or we have a brain-block and cannot remember it, so I have to phone up and have the PIN changed. The change has to wait for some hours to activate but CS have always sorted it out.

Incidentally - there is also a code to block INcoming phone calls. Can be useful when you think a certain junior is likely to phone at 2am requesting a "lift home from me mates".
