Last weekend, with Cleethorpes full of very hot holidaymakers, there was a powercut - ice-cream melted, beer pumps wouldn't work etc. The various businesses lost loads of money - and 'cos the outage was repaired within the time allowed in the Service Level Agreement, they didn't qualify for compensation.
