Are you sure about that?
The last figures I saw suggested that it was in fact the vast
minority of ntl customers that could get Caller I.D, & due to the vast costs involved in the necessary upgrades, ntl wouldn't be persuing CLI.
Unless ntl have reversed those figures & not told anyone?
