It
is outsourced, but to IBM in Swansea, and STB calls can't be handled in India because they can't get access to ICMS. Indian agents handle Langley calls, and Bromley SACM. There are no Langley agents scheduled to work on Sundays in Swansea anymore, but there are Bromley agents, most of whom take STB and SACM calls. I know this, because I'm about to be transferred from Langley to Bromley!
