Just had our Pace4001 replaced with a silver smasung. and Zero problems whatsoever so far. Im really quite impressed with the speed of it too...
Also, credit where credit is due, all the people I have spoken to at CS and the engineers that have visited have been really decent people and seemed like they cared to get my problem fixed. Gold star for NTL.....
