What did your ISP say when you got them out to check the line?

Sorry about the long delay replying. I've been away.

Rebooting the router helped a little, but I'm still getting bursts of packet loss. The ISP say that the line is fine up to my ONT.

I run a Plex server for a wide group of friends. There seems to be no correlation between their streaming and the pattern of packet loss.

I will continue to monitor for a pattern. Can torrent activity cause packet loss?
