Does anyone know why there are various channels missing from the Virgin TV Go menu?

In the app, if you go to Box Sets & Movies > Channels the options are:

- 5
- Comedy Central
- Crime+Investigation
- Discovery
- MTV
- National Geographic
- Really
- Sky Cinema
- Sky Arts
- Sky Comedy
- Sky Crime
- Sky One
- Sky Witness
- Sky Sci-Fi
- Sky Docs
- Sky Nature
- Sky History
- U&Alibi
- U&Gold
- Sky Atlantic

There are many more channels that offer Box Sets & Movies via Virgin TV Go that aren't included in this menu. For example, TLC. If you search for individual programmes, like The Big Bang Theory, all available episodes are accessible.
