Thats ok Hugh hitting someone twice with a bottle is nothing compared to that. It is good he got to walk free and no way imposes a further risk to the public and will not see this as an "I got away with a violent assault" I am happy justice was done..

Sarcasm mode off .

Dunno how an assault with a bottle twice only counts as affray the injustice there is in the CPS and the charges

With the judge saying "Brown avoided immediate jail time, with the judge emphasizing that commercial success does not grant preferential treatment under the law." I think that is exactly what happened here it is not like he gave someone a slap he hit them with a bottle and there was a 2nd person charge so it was 2 of them causing the incident . But Tommy is a bad bad man Chris Brown must be lovely

Oh and Hugh there is this

Quote:
Chris Brown has an extensive legal history, most notably a 2009 felony assault conviction for attacking his then-girlfriend Rihanna, which resulted in five years of probation, community service, and mandatory counseling. He also served 108 days in jail in 2014 for violating that probation after being removed from a rehabilitation center.
Oh and this

Quote:
2013 Washington, D.C. assault: Convicted of misdemeanor assault for breaking a man’s nose; sentenced to time served.
2016 Los Angeles arrest: Arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly threatening a woman with a gun; charges were never filed.
2018 California charges: Charged with possessing a restricted species (a capuchin monkey) without a permit; charges were dropped after he forfeited the monkey.
2019 Paris arrest: Questioned on suspicion of rape and drug charges but released without being charged.
You really should have fact checked

Nothing in your link shows any "previous form" in this country…
What difference does where he committed the other crimes make? it is a criminal history just like Tommys where he committed the crime is irrelevant. Just front it out Hugh you should have checked first and using Browns suspended sentence as a way to show how much worse Tommy is failed
