Look forwards for distance.
Look down for reading.
No bobbing head at all.
I got used to them in just a few minutes, though I was told not to drive or run up and down stairs "for a few days". I use an older pair for screen use, as that part of the prescription hasn't changed.
Their use will become mandatory for drivers of all ages with vision problems as the rules become stricter.
