The BBC’s internal complaints process isn’t fit for purpose. Croxall will ignore it, and so she should. What is of more interest to Martine Croxall at the moment is that she and three colleagues have just won a juicy out-of-court settlement from the BBC over a complaint of discrimination.
If you’re pregnant, you’re a woman. End of. All activist attempts to queer language must be resisted. And Martine Croxall is especially brave, standing up for truth in an organisation institutionally captured by gender nonsense as the BBC clearly is.

I imagine that she received a verbal, if not final, written warning. In any case, she appears to have not done anything inappropriate since.
My issue was her taking it upon herself to amend what was put in front of her to read and going on to make an inappropriate facial expression- regardless of the subject matter.
