When I worked at Jones Cable in Seacroft, Leeds 94-96, we would often have an IT Team night out on one Thursday a month, and perhaps drink a little more than we should on a school night - hangover cure was a breakfast bap from the sandwich van which would stop outside the office in a Friday morning, which consisted of an oven bottom bap (about eight inches in diameter) filled with four rashers of bacon, two sausages, black pudding, fried mushrooms, washed down by two cans of ice-cold full-fat Coke; breakfast of champions…
