Re: Hisense Remote Battery Level

Put your statement into AI and it says this

On Hisense VIDAA TVs, the remote battery level is only visible when the remote is connected via Bluetooth (not just IR). After a firmware update, the Bluetooth pairing often drops, which is why the option disappears.

To restore it:

Re-pair the remote via Bluetooth: Hold Menu + Back on the remote simultaneously for about 3 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly. The TV should confirm the pairing.
Find the battery level: Once paired, go to Menu → All Settings → System → Remote & Accessories (or System → Advanced Settings depending on your firmware version). The battery voltage/level should appear there.
If you still can't find it after re-pairing, try scrolling to the very bottom of the System sub-menu — on some Hisense firmware versions it's listed as "Remote Battery" or "Remote Battery Voltage" at the end of the list.

The LED on the remote is a quick indicator: blue = Bluetooth connected (battery readable), red = IR only (no battery data available).
