And no where does it say they wouldn't be counted as a "fixed" broadband connection because otherwise, you can just simply get rid of your normal internet which I am sure the ISP's would love and get a 5G mobile phone connected to a router and hey presto no tv tax and no internet tax.
Remember these people steal money for a living, they are already trying to force TV manufacturers to put a iPlayer button on the remote and have it open the iPlayer app when the tv is turned on, so they can force everyone to pay the tv tax.
