90kg today. That's 1 stone off. It was at this point I gave up on the half plate veg diet. My stomach no longer hurts empty. Food noise comes back towards the end of the week though which is why I've upped to 3mg. Also it works out 10 injections each at those dosages. Perfect timing for a new order.
I've upped my reta dosage to 3.0mg. cag remains the same.
In just over a week one stone has gone
