Here in the North West (Wigan) in my part of Wigan last weekend and into Monday we were without TV and Internet and the My Virgin Media app was showing it being worked on.
Also most of the following Saturday we were without the same services.
Yes i know these things happen and nothing is perfect so i can't really complain.
