What I meant by this was the introduction of the Fraudulent Mediums Act. For some mediums to be fraudulent, there has to be genuine mediums.
I think it became law in the 1950's, but the EU abolished it at some point before Brexit.

Most people/animals tend to eventually move forward, but some (people) remain Earthbound due to fear of what will happen to them or return on visitation. None take up any physicsl space as such as they are comprised of energy.
