Our daughter is the only one in the house that has managed to register for NHS Wales services online.

She got a text that she can call a "special" number to make the Flu jab appointment.

That number came up as "not in use", so she called the surgery and was told that only the "special" number can be used, as it is tied to one member of staff sitting at her computer.

So my daughter asked to be transferred to her, but was told that she was not in that day, and will not return until Tues 22nd October. WTAF?
