Don't get me wrong here, it's not really a MASSIVE problem to create new email addresses for me and the wife and then transfer important stuff, it's just the time and effort to do so (and the pain from the wife who will give me ear ache and not VM) and having to tell everyone of the changes.
It also seems you're now getting less and less for the money you pay, but hey that's everywhere now isn't it
