Not having to faff about changing and/or forwarding the NTL emails was really the last reason for me staying.
They've actually been pretty decent 'overall' over the last 26 years or so, but in the ever changing world of technology advances and money saving cutbacks they've just become another bog standard provider.
The BB speeds are fantastic . . if speed is important . . but if it isn't there are now many other options compared to years ago.
