As you would have noticed, the estimated fix times have only a very passing connection to reality. They are just auto-generated. VM are aware that there is an issue, but It’s quite possible that nobody has been assigned to fix it yet. Or something needs to be replaced but there is no timeline for when this will be done. The estimated fix time just gets kicked down the line - but creates an illusion that something is being done.
