Not sure how I'd receive my monthly VM bill without email, but I sure won't miss those emails telling me how brilliant the TV viewing is and what I could be missing

I once rang up to complain that the Red Button service wasn't working, the girl at the other end said "You can't complain because it's free"!!
I quickly informed her that, as a customer, it was my right to complain about anything that I wanted to if I was unhappy and that the service was an integral part of the overall service that I paid for, whether or not an individual charge was attributed to it or not.
