So to explain the recording conflicts thing a little more...

The vast majority of the time, 6 tuners is plenty enough to manage every scheduled recording. But it can and does happen, mainly on-the-hour on busy nights, when 7or more different channels are either starting or finishing (allowing for padding)

The SL-manager function allows for this, where a channel with more repeat options or better OnDemand, can be put down the order.. and series where that first showing is more important, are put up the list.

That way, TiVo/V6 is effectively told how to prioritise the scheduler and allow alternate showings. I'm sure TV360 has a method, but I've never seen or heard it explained.
