However you are not changing anything, they simply need to change the software and give a new remote. not doing this would be a breach of contract on there side . Given your view I guess you would have to physically refuse to accept a new box . As I understand most refuseniks don't need one, the one they have can be changed remotely. Would love to see this brought to court, really great PR for them
