The service will keep working, all you need do is accept the offer of the free migration to a TV 360. And if you stop paying you'll likely find that that the debt results in a default notice being registered on your credit file, which stays for six years and impacts your ability to get other credit. And VM might even get a County Court Judgment (CCJ) issued against you.
