I'm not sure tuning is the issue of this thread - however the TV is set up, if it worked with the previous TV it should work with a new one. Buying a new set top box doesn't solve the fundamental issue which may be tuning if an aerial is appropriately connected, but may be the connexion of an existing set top box. If it is tuning, then tuning is the answer.
