Looking at his first post he says connected to BT hub .no idea whats needed in that case but he needs to select input and select the hub . Just tried with my V6 and when I connected it my Samsung picked it up and is working fine. Also put in a portable aerial it then started to scan . But if he is using that hub he needs to tell the TV , on mine it is not automatic.
