Watch from start works for me on my TV 360. Note that only BBC and ITV redirect to their iPlayer and ITVX apps. Try a reboot like this.
1. Turn off the VM box at the wall
2. Turn off the TV at the wall
3. Wait 20–30 seconds
4. Turn TV back on
5. Turn VM box back on
