Amazon delivered to my communal area not front door therefore I marked it not received. They had a picture of someone taking possession of all the parcels that day, it wasn't me. They apologised in today's email giving me £10 off my next purchase. Everyone gets that perk I know but I'm just glad I got my account back sod the discount. Horrible feeling being banned. Essentially too many returns.
