On that note, yesterday had a text from Docs to make an appointment for blood tests, because previous tests (for the last 20 years) show me as being 'borderline' in the diabetes thing.
It also seems they've accepted that I won't get up at 7am to ring the surgery and sit in a phone queue for half an hour only to be told "sorry, nothing until next week" . . so the text included a link to online booking . . sorted, thank you
