It’s unwise to play off one person’s trauma against another, especially where a crime like rape is concerned. I will simply say that the magnitude of this man’s offending and the trauma he has caused is on an industrial scale and there is no sensible way you can sit this side by side with a different offence and attempt to judge whether this was too harsh or that was too lenient.

No I do not think his offending was not serious I just do not think it is as serious as raping a child
