Funny, I saw some over-excited commentary last night speculating that Reform might take this on second preferences. But when you actually see where the first preference votes there was no way that was ever going to happen. Labour were less than 3 points off clinching it on round one, they only needed a quarter of the green voters to give them second preference to win it. Clearly in the final analysis they got that and much more.
