He's deranged, shouting paramedic in court. Was that him talking about himself or making fun of the injured needing medical help. What's he going to do with the money? His family can't cash in on it.

Benefits for the criminal mentally ill? I guess the saving grace would be the accumulation of money triggering deductions in payments.
