Today I received two letters from my Electricity supplier.
The first one tells me my current balance is £27 in credit.
The second one tells me they are going to increase my payments because my 'balance' is £75 behind where 'they' expect it to be this year.
Tomorrow, someone, somewhere, on the other end of a phone, is quite probably going to have a bad experience
