I got some deep fitted sheets from vinted, if I sleep on the right... the left side comes undone. Every morning I have to pull the sheet to it's fitting around the mattress.

If a 40cm deep sheet won't fit you are into the realms of a bespoke make ... mega bucks or just get a king size sheet ... lots to tuck under the mattress.
My 40cm still comes untucked on my 35cm mattress. I ended up using a set of these 'Sheet Strap,Bed Sheet Clip,3 Way 6 Sides Adjustable Elastic' thingies and wonder if they could help either of you.
