Well we need to consider the following;

a) does VM even want a customer forum?
b) if so have they done any sort of due diligence as to a new provider?
c) have they created a plan for moving data from the old to the new platform?
d) if they have then why is it taking so long to execute on it?
e) the original plan was to merge the VM and O2 forums. This seems to have been abandoned, why? Was no planning done beforehand to check the feasibility of doing this?

I think it’s fairly obvious what the answers to these questions are.
