The driver walked away pleasing mental heath issue, and is being detained pending assessment.
The police want to charge him with manslaughter, but they cant do anything at the moment.

The driver has been charged with "Death by dangerous driving" and is remanded in custody.
I guess Manslaughter would have been harder.
His funeral is Thursday.
