You can download direct from Nord and Telegram. Updates are then done in-app. No Google store needed. That's how I noticed how applications are closed and opened again automatically. |
I could download direct from Nord before I updated.
Vivaldi showed a message and a circle saying it was updated though and that was new but I initiated it via Google play store.
What annoys me there isn't an icon I can just click for Google updates I have to faff around opening the playstore and clicking around 4 times to update.
