Not getting anywhere on these security questions, they asked what my last bill was I said £0.00, they ask when my next bill date was I said I don't have a next bill date because I've left VM! They now say they can send a letter and it'll take 3-5 working days to get everything updated and this is just to get through security.
They're so hopelessly bad it's a joke.
Every time i instantly reply they then don't reply for another 20 odd mins and they close at 8pm.
I'll try messaging the other chat after work tomorrow.

I've finally had acknowledgement for my returned Hub5 and V6 box, from the point of Yodel delivering it to their warehouse it has taken them 1 month to confirm it!
They had billed me £155 and I was preparing to pay it by 20 May then go through the CEOs office to get a refund, but My Virginmedia account is now saying the bills paid.
So it's good riddance from me, the last few months haven't been a pleasure due to your incompetence I shall never return.
